What PAYUP does
PAYUP runs a treasury on Solana. A pump.fun token can share its creator fees with that treasury. We claim those fees, book 80% of each claim to the X account the token names, and pay that account in US dollars through X Money when its balance crosses a payout milestone. The other 20% buys $PAYUP and burns it. The docs describe every step.
Deployers
When you share a token's creator fees with the PAYUP treasury, you accept these terms. You confirm that you control the token's fee-sharing configuration and that you intend the fees to go to the named X account.
- Routing is permanent once the fee-sharing admin is revoked. We cannot send fees back to you or change the recipient on your request.
- You choose the recipient. Do not name an account to harass, impersonate or mislead anyone; we may hold payouts for such tokens.
- PAYUP does not endorse any token. A token listed on this site is not a recommendation.
Recipients
Anyone on X can be named. Receiving a payout does not make you our customer, does not create a contract with us, and does not mean you endorse the token. You can stop payments at any time through the opt-out page or by turning off incoming payments in X Money.
X Money sets its own eligibility rules, including residency and age. If a payment cannot be accepted, it returns to us after the claim window and is handled as described in the docs.
Holds and corrections
We may hold a payout while we check a handle, respond to a legal request, or fix an accounting error. If we book an amount to the wrong handle, we correct the ledger and publish the correction. We do not change the 80/20 split for any token or recipient.
Taxes
Money you receive may be taxable where you live. We do not issue tax forms or give tax advice. Where the law requires us to collect information before paying, the payout waits until we have it.
$PAYUP
$PAYUP grants no rights: no share of revenue, no vote, no claim on the treasury. Read the disclosures before you buy it.
No warranty
Blockchains halt, RPC providers fail, and third-party services such as pump.fun, X and X Money change their rules. We provide PAYUP as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees we booked to you or from your token in the 30 days before the claim.
Independence
PAYUP is not affiliated with X Corp., pump.fun or Solana Labs. Their names describe the services we connect to.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and on @usepayup before they apply. Continuing to route fees after that means you accept the new version.
